Today is just the first day of the Osteoporosis Congress. And I'm already more than excited about the variety of topics, the different speakers and the moderator Samuel Kochenburger, who confidently accompanies the individual topics. I have suffered from thyroid disease for more than 40 years and have lived without a thyroid for 20 years. In retrospect, I realize that I was being experimented on and that my complaints were not taken seriously. During this congress I felt like I was wearing seven-league boots. So quickly, I learned so much that had remained hidden from me until then. This congress offers well-structured and easy-to-understand contributions. Now I can exercise my personal responsibility more efficiently and, above all, with information that is beneficial to my health. I am very grateful that this congress took place. Who's behind Medumio?

We're not influencers.

We're health educators committed to making functional medicine knowledge accessible, understandable, and actionable for everyone tired of being confused and ready to feel like themselves again.

Medumio was founded over 8 years ago in Germany by a team of health journalists, medical researchers, and functional medicine practitioners who saw a fundamental problem in how health information was being shared.

Most medical education was locked behind academic paywalls or oversimplified to the point of uselessness.

What was missing was a bridge: comprehensive, science-backed health education made genuinely accessible to people who weren't medical professionals…

But who deserved to understand how their own bodies work.

So we built it.

For over 8 years, we've been creating in-depth health summits featuring conversations with leading doctors, researchers, naturopaths, and integrative health practitioners.

We've conducted over 2,000 expert interviews.

We've organized 80+ comprehensive health summits covering everything from autoimmune conditions to gut health, hormonal balance to detoxification.

And we've built a library of knowledge from 850+ credentialed experts who take a whole-body, science-backed approach to health in the process.

Now, bit by bit, we’re bringing this comprehensive library to English speakers.
