FAQ Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, the conference is completely free during the live event period! We stand firmly by this commitment.
If you miss any interviews and would like to support our work, we offer all interviews as PREMIUM ACCESS. With Premium Access, you receive lifetime access to all recordings, allowing you to watch the interviews at your convenience.
If you've missed any interviews and wish to support our team, we offer all interviews as PREMIUM ACCESS. Premium Access provides lifetime access to all recordings, allowing you to watch the interviews whenever it's convenient for you.
This can occur for several reasons:
- The most common cause is a slow internet connection. We recommend a minimum connection speed of 10 Mbps (DSL). You can test your speed at speedtest.net.
- Your computer's processing power may be insufficient. Most computers less than 5 years old should handle the videos without issues.
- Your computer may have malware affecting its performance. You can remove malware using free software like "Spybot Search."
- Your browser may need updating. We strongly recommend using the latest versions of Firefox, Chrome, Safari, or Microsoft Edge. Please ensure your browser is up to date.
If these solutions don't help, please contact us with the following information:
- Any error messages you're seeing
- Your browser type and version
- Your internet speed (from www.speedtest.net)
The conference portal link is sent via email immediately after you complete your free registration.
This portal provides access to the current conference day.
During the conference, you'll receive daily emails containing the day's content and the portal link.
(Content becomes available at 10:00 AM on each conference day.
Email delivery timing may vary depending on your email provider.)

Tip: The conference Facebook group provides an additional way to access conference days and interact with other participants.
If you haven't received our emails, try these solutions:
- Gmail users: Check your "Promotions" tab
- Check your SPAM folder
- Verify if you used different email addresses for registration and purchase (common with PayPal transactions)
- If you previously marked our emails as spam, you'll need to register with a new email address as we cannot reverse spam blocks

If you've accidentally unsubscribed, you can easily re-register through our Event Calendar.
After re-registering, you'll resume receiving daily conference emails.
Conferences begin at 10:00 AM (UTC +1), and daily portals remain open for 24 hours until 9:59 AM the following day. Then the next conference day opens as the previous one closes. You can find the program on conference's page.
